Jessie’s Hauraki Gin has been specially produced to honour the pioneering work of Jessie Heywood, Herbalist.
A small batch perfectly blended gin, triple distilled using alcoholic tinctures of Juniper, Orris Root, Coriander, Lemon and Angelica, carefully chosen to represent a sample of the curious specimens Jessie sent to exhibit in Manchester from her home in Auckland, NZ. A true taste of the South Pacific.
